A Great Mocha Recipe
(this is not a food blog)
I have spent years in search of a great mocha recipe to make at home. I have tweaked different recipes to find the perfect recipe. This recipe is good. I have made it for many of my friends and family. You will not be sorry that you spent the time to create it and consume it. Enjoy! ~CB

Mocha:
2 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa (preferably Ghirardelli’s)
2 Tbs sugar
¼ tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

I shot of espresso (can use a single disc pod or one shot from espresso maker)

I cup of milk (your choice of any milk)

Chocolate Syrup drizzle (optional)

For whipped Cream topping (optional):

Makes enough whipped cream for a week!

1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream
¼ cup sugar
1 TBS Vanilla

Beat all ingredients on high speed with your mixer until it is a fluffy, creamy perfect whipped cream consistency.

Directions:

Add your cocoa, sugar, vanilla and pinch of salt to a mug. Brew your espresso and stir together in the mug until it you have about an inch and a half of smooth, shiny chocolaty awesomeness.

Add your milk and stir. You may put that mug in the microwave for one minute and thirty seconds. Remove from microwave and stir.

If you like whipped cream, add a nice dollop on top of the mocha. If you wish for more chocolate, add a little chocolate syrup on top to finish off the perfection. And there you have it, a perfect mocha!

Enjoy!!  ~CB
